New elevator The HVAC system is an energy efficient system that when installed, the county received rebates from the utility company. |

The 2nd and 3rd phases included: 1. ADA modifications 2. Electrical upgrades 3. Painting All phases of the project were bid as trade packages, which allowed for more local participation on the project. The county elected to do the project as phases, so that saved monies could be utilized. |
